Half way through day 1 and I'm not doing to bad. I know the worst is yet to come, but I don't have the anxiety I used to have at this stage on previous attempts. I'm using a mouth spray medication and wow, that is an acquired taste lol. I've only had to use it for really bad cravings (2 at this point) and it really does kill that craving quick smart.
