2 weeks
It's been 2 weeks and 1 day since I touched a cigarette. I'm eating wayyyy more-- my weight is yoyo-ing more than ever-- and my skin tingles all over (idk if thats from smoking or if something else is going on). Aside from that I feel good! I used to smoke 10-15 on a "good" day and now nada, I can feel a difference in my body. Less exhausted (not necessarily more energised), a little less breathless, little to no palpitations, etc. I've had a couple of heaches (expected) and some sweaty nights but overall happy with how this quit journey is going. Can we also note this is my 10th + attempt to quit and so far, this time feels the most likely to stick, it could be bc of my age, it could be bc of where i'm at in life, or maybe bc this time it was MY decision idk. I'm just really happy (: i hope this helps

If you truly live up to your name chosen for this site , then I predict success!
We have to CHOOSE to quit and want it more badly than to smoke. The difference for me was joining a forum and seeing others do it. Once believing it is possible for you to achieve you will stop making excuses and just do it!
Stick with us, learn about nicotine and yourself. Above all keep the positive thinking and dismiss any notion of lighting up. Cravings mean that you are winning. We only smoke to appease them. Stop being a slave and choose to do more with your money and your life.
You can do this. We are proof!
