Day 69 smoke free

I can't believe it's been nearly 10 weeks.

It has been so emotionally draining but I'm very proud I have not broken. Every other attempt I say I'll just have 1 and I'll feel better.

Then it's a couple a week won't hurt then I'm smoking again.

This time I said I can't have that one puff as I know it will all start from there. I feel a bit lost and it's still quite hard but I will keep going this time

Wow! 10 weeks is great Denise.....and if you can go 10, you can go another and another and yet another. We know that time heals and it makes a difference in this journey as well. With every passing week, our confidence grows, our body heals and we reap the rewards both physically and psychologically. We can do this! Joining a forum was the difference for me I think, seeing others succeed and no reason why I could not too!

Keep up the positive attitude and be a winner!
