I have been using Nicotine patches for 7 days had no withdrawal feelings using them .. Have tried other methods before and always started smoking again so hopefully this time i can stop for good..

It sounds like you are very ready to quit this time Misha. The others were practices to help you know yourself and to succeed this time. If you are not craving, you are getting enough nicotine with the patches, but more importantly you have accepted living as a non-smoker. You are not missing the cigarettes because you know now that they do nothing for you at all. Don't you just love having back control of your life and your time?
