1 year no cigarettes

Just wanted to share that today is my 1 year anniversary of quitting! I wasn't successful at first and it took me a month of trying to actually quit. It was a challenge in the beginning but the last few months I haven't wanted to light up at all. Keep going if you are trying to quit and if you slip just keep trying, you can do it!
