My companion...
Through think or thin he’s been there with me, through sadness, divorce, depression and achievements he’s the first one i share these things with and he’s ever so loyal and always prepared to hear me out, but it’s time to say goodbye.... thoughts of day 2....

Yes, you always had smokes close at hand, but that doesn't mean that they did anything. Looking at smoking differently and break away from the constant control it has over your life....It is an addiction and became a psychological habit. We can quit when we see the truth and choose change. Think positive!

You are smart to realize it's time to say goodbye. Congratulations for your day 1 and now, day 2!! Keep it going,... you'll get there!

Hi Leanne, like you, cigarettes and I have been friends for around 40 years. And been through everything with me. However, I have been referred to a specialist as my breathing has changed. This is the warning I needed to see this filthy addiction for what it is. I want to retire in a few years and enjoy it. That is my motivation and stay strong its not easy
