Quit smoking is easy

Eight months without a cigarette ... I can't understand why I smoked for 23 years? Alain Carr is the real hero of our time! My mother (67 years old) and my wife (without mentioning age;)) continue to smoke only because they are afraid to read the book to the end ... Believe me - no one can help you, except yourself ... Only Alena's book says how to teach yourself to do this! See what will happen to you when you quit smoking)) https://shrinke.me/FmIhzRZp
Good luck!!! I believe in you!

Hi daniber. I have been recommending that all should read Allen Carr's book(s). Thank you for the further endorsement. Why continue to think quitting smoking needs to be hard when it need not be. I quit easily before reading his book but it helped my daughter and hubby. Your mind and how you think about quitting smoking is really the key to freedom. When we understand how we were duped into smoking and believe that we can escape the vicious cycle, we do. The WANT, BELIEF, and UNDERSTANDING of nicotine are all important. Positive thinking is essential.
Congrats on 8 months of freedom. Please stick around to help others seeking it.

Well it's five days without a cigarette this time. When I quit last time -- for nearly 8 months -- before I fell back into the old habit for nearly three weeks -- I quit by logging onto this website daily and getting the support and wisdom from this community. I am back here again. This is such a great supportive group, and yesterday when I was out and about and drove past the place where I normally buy cigarettes, I thought of the words someone posted here. "You'll hate yourself if you have even one cigarette. " Those words are very true. So here we go again. Five days and counting!!

Good on you Goodlands. Welcome back ! You made the decision to resume smoking but your heart just wasn't in it. You have succeeded in beating the nicomonster before so you know that you can do it again. You have be able to compare the two life styles and choose to live without smoking ruling your life. You can do it this time because you have made the CHOICE willingly. No one can make us stop smoking, only we can CHOOSE to.
