The difficulties

i’m 30 days clean. i slipped up after a stressful day but in saying that…i didn’t finish the cigarette. ive been doing other things to help with temptation. exercising and doing other productive things. since lockdown ended in nsw i’ve been going out more with friends and that has helped to keep me occupied

Congratulations on 30 days! That is huge. Looks to me that YOU are now in control. One little bump in the road,... oh well,... at least you did not go back to your old smoking habit. You are a WINNER rme! You got this! Keep up the good work.

That's great rme. You obviously thought better of what you were doing and didn't even use an excuse to finish the butt.
Smoking is not where you envisioned yourself after making this commitment to change. We can make the change, and it will feel normal after a reasonable period of adjustment. Stay with us and take pride in your accomplishment. The hardest part is over.! Those puffs did not make you feel good.
