Keep busy

I have reached week 2 I have all the help as in patches and inhaler, but it's not easy. My tip is to be stronger than the urge!! The urge is hard but keep busy as possible either doing things you love or hate, I have done a lot of housework haha.

Congrats for reaching week 2!! I agree with you 100%. Keeping busy has been saving me for many occasions. I too have a clean house! haha! Keep on keeping on!

You must be feeling great on two counts. You can be proud of your clean house and winning the fight against smoking!
Keep on keeping busy, thinking positive and feeling great about your decision.

Two weeks is wonderful news. Make sure you don't smoke from exhausting yourself. I did that and had to find some quiet activities for down-time. I bet your house is nice. Your efforts sound rewarding. I remember getting two weeks up. I was on a holiday in New Zealand from the money I had saved from cutting down. I took thirty years to quit. I knew I could do it, I just didn't understand How. This site has been very helpful. It provided me with company instead of feeling insecure at night. Also this is where I had it reinforced that I needed to set a quit date. I like to keep busy. I like gardening. I like handcrafts. I have a dog to pet. I also like cooking. I hope you have another fantastic two weeks. one precious day at a time.
