Happy Sunday everyone. It's been so awesome to have this site to come to. To be able read and comment on other people's quit journey and to share on mine and read the comments people leave me. It sure feels like a quit family that supports each other so awesomely and I am grateful to be a part of it. Have an amazing smokefree day and if you are still smoking stick with us because you will get there too. ππβ₯οΈ

Hi chellie for me it was a mix. The craving for a cigarette definitely got less and less and easier and easier with time however I did go through high anxiety that lasted till between 10-12 weeks but thankfully I had the smarts to realise that all I had to do was continue to go through it till I got to the other end of it. It wasn't a place I was to stay forever so to speak I didn't have to set up camp there I just had to keep walking through it. I stand here today 16 Weeks smokefree, free of constant anxiety, most days there is no fighting any cravings or thoughts of smoking. I feel free of smoking and I feel stronger in myself. I feel much calmer now than I ever was as a smoker. At 16 Weeks smokefree I feel as though every area of my life has improved. I highly recommend sticking to remaining smokefree it will and does get easier and the rewards for sticking with it are immense β₯οΈππ

Hey Jess,.. Congratulations on 18 weeks smoke free. 18 weeks of FREEDOM. I too agree it is so awesome to have this site to come to. Amazing support system.
Your response to Chellie is as if you were speaking to me as well. Thank you for those words. Your personal experience is very meaningful to others. I think you have done so good and you have been an inspiration to me since I have been on this journey.
Keep up the great work Jessfreeof!!! You are an example of pure success. Congratulations again on your 18 weeks!!! GO GIRL!!!!

Yes, Jessfreed wrote well of her experience. I have found that most will agree. I am happy to a part of a site that has so many contributors and makes it work. Anyone can quit smoking when they find the desire to and the belief that we can. Great support and stories are greatly appreciated and keep the interest and inspire others to at least try quitting smoking. We can quit smoking, we can help others and we will be happy that we stuck it out.

Thankyou for your kind words nope2021 and I'm glad that the words I left in response to chellie question were able to speak to you tooπβ₯οΈ
