hello there my fellow quitters

its my 484th day today as smoke free. no regrets. i came back to say thank you to those people who also quit smoking before me and who has posted their quit experiences . you've help me a lot . i've reached this far , because your tips and stories were all motivating. to those who just joined here and who just started to quit, you can all make it too. NO TO ONE PUFF.

Congratulations Esarzeevee on well over a year! I totally agree how those people who post their quit experiences have helped. Including YOURS! I took a quick glance at your previous posts and can relate to what I have read thus far. I will dig in and read the details of your posts and comments submitted (I truly learn from this).
You now are one of them! One of those people who also quit smoking that helps people like me that needs motivation. Thank you! (I like the part where you wrote "NO REGRETS")!

While not all quits are the same, we can relate to what another must be feeling and how they chose to overcome the difficulties experienced. We learn from one another, even if you don't think so. In this regard, all posts are important.
A wonderful incentive for all Esarzeevee. Someday soon those who wish they are where you are will be. Sharing gives encouragement and a sense of not being in it alone. And you helped them to achieve it. Keep that dopamine level up! For them and for you.
Again congratulations on NOPE and your success. I know I will also never REGRET quitting smoking.

Awww congratulations Esarzeevee on being a winner, thank you for sharing your success!! We love hearing such wonderful stories, I know personally it makes my heart soar, so again thank you for sharing👏👍🌞
Esarzeevee, thanks for popping back. There are a few of us in Quitter's Kindergarten at the moment and a year seems forever away when we are still in our first few weeks of being non-smokers. It's wonderful to know that people have quit permanently and never looked back.
Thank you for sharing that joy with us - it's inspiring.
