Finally the anxiety passes

I am so excited today that I must share I have been experiencing continual anxiety for many many weeks than this morning I wake up and it's finaly over. Two days short of ten weeks smoke free and I'm anxiety free as well. I knew I could come through this anxiety if I just rode it out ( i did have moral support as well as talked to a doctor and prayed) and I also knew no matter how bad it got I was not going to have the nicotine monster bully me or persuade me into having a smoke to reduce the anxiety. This is a massive milestone and a massive gamechanger in my favour mentally on betting this battle hands down sucker. I am a winner through and through 🙌 way to go team that's another one for us👍 love Yas all ❤️

Well done!!! You should be proud of yourself. We are stronger than nicotine. YOU are proof. Very encouraging,.. I will wait the wait until I can finally be anxiety free. Keep up the good work. Yes, you ARE a winner! Go girl!!

What can I say Jess, wonderful to have been smoke free for nearly 10weeks, and remarkable that you have overcome anxiety too. Your Loved ones and doctor are mentally giving you hugs, as we are here.
So proud of you Jess, It goes to show, when the realization of the mental work, that needs to happen can be achieved by anyone, and is a skill that will stand you in good stead now and in the future. NOPE (not one puff ever)

Hi Jess, you go girl, 10 weeks is amazing, my gosh the savings or better spent funds would be racking on up. You are a winner, I'm really happy you have got some relief from the anxiety, you deserve peace in your freedom. Thank you for sharing your milestone🌞

Thank you for your comments of kind encouraging and supportive words as they mean alot to me 😊❤️
