92 days of freedom!
I have to admit it has been hard and I still feel strong cravings although they are not frequent. The first 3 weeks are the worst and gradually have gotten better. Just in the last few weeks I started to feel somewhat normal, not having feelings of anxiety, loss, just general blahs.
It really helps reading everyone's journey. We may have differing days but the ultimate goal is the same. NOPE

Yet another success story! Good going Rsan!!! THREE weeks is really, really an accomplishment. I am only 8 days in. "The first 3 weeks are the worst"... tell me about it! Yikes! However, like you said, the days gradually get better. Keep up the NOPE and I'll do the same!

So great to hear good news, this is a learning process that will definitely help you in all other areas of your life. NOPE (not one puff ever) no matter what life throws at you. Well done Rsan

Well done , I’m only three days in and even though it’s not to bad atm I m finding determination alone isn’t enough however I’m a work in progress your story is encouraging

I have a correction to make. I wrote congrats for 3 WEEKS and it's 3 MONTHS (guess my mind was stuck on what you said about the first 3 weeks being the worst. Thank you for sharing your status. It really does help knowing you,... at one time,... was where I am now. Just shows that all of us behind you will get to where you are now. Thus, I am looking forward to weeks, then months, then years being free. Thumbs up to you Rsan!

Congratulations Rsan, lovely to hear about your success👏👏 Winners are grinners😁😁

I have read that it takes about 21 days to form a new habit and 66 days on average for it to become automatic. It takes time to adjust to changes of a habit that we have relied on for years.
Accepting that we are not missing anything and wanting a positive change in our life makes it all so much easier.
Well done Rsan.
