Take - 'Don't know how many' : Action - Day 7 (Cold Turkey - 2 Slip-ups)

I will never ever give up...Even if I fall once, twice or a hundredth time...I will fight this terrible habit/addiction called 'SMOKING/NICOTINE'...
Lovely to read all your stories/experiences. Keeps the fire in me still burning to give up 'SMOKING'. So this is my 7th day smoke free. For some reason my WILLPOWER wears off between now and Day -21...Not this time though...I will continue to fight these cravings as they are mere thoughts that fly away like clouds in the sky...
Thanks for this great support system we have here...Cheers..
Keep posting and inspiring !!!

Make willpower a thing of the past. You WANT this more than anything. It IS a life changer. Welcome it because it is worth a bit of discomfort and the payoff is great. We do not crave what we truly do not want.
Congrats on making it this far. This quit is not a past quit. You learn and adapt. Make this your last quit! Read, learn and change how you previously thought of smoking.

Make this your last time, it happened for me it can happen for you. Research Nicotine, learn and read on this forum, and post when you want to. NOPE (not one puff ever) was my game changer.

That is the spirit NEVER GIVE UP giving up. Make this time different to previous quits 👍😊

I know it has been a while since your post, but I'm new (a newbie) and just browsing around catching up on peoples posts. I am only on day 2 but day 2 is almost over and onto day 3!
How are you doing? If you might have slipped why not join in with me? It's never too late to quit and anytime is the best time to quit!!! I just have not seen a recent post so I am "kinda" assuming you might have had a hiccup, but I hope not.
I hope you are still going strong.
