on the journey to quit yet again

I am really frustrated today. I finished my Champix starter pack and I am 32 days quit, however, there is now a disruption in the chamipx supply and I cant get any till August. I am using Quitly which is great but would be nice to not have a disruption in my Champix course to allow time for new routines and habits etc to be embedded.

Good for you for finding the alternative to continuing this journey rather than using it an an excuse to cave in.
You are right to use the Quitly in the short term while you continue with learning the mindset. Cold Turkey was also an option....technically you are already nicotine free if you are smoke free 32 days on Champix. Still , it is the mind that makes up it's mind, and then the body follows. You are in control now, not nicotine. HI FIVE!

As Happiness, suggested, good work for finding an alternative.
Now you need to work on your own mental disposition. Mine was NOPE(not one puff ever) along with researching your own positive reasons for wanting to quit and believing them, developing a habit which you enjoy, (this goes a long way to changing your internal need) in other words, work hard for yourself, without the Champix, this is a golden opportunity to practice this.
I used Champix with only half a dose, the rest I researched and developed daily.

How's it going today? I hope that the Quitly is an effective stand in and that you are practicing NOPE and getting you head in the right space.
You can do this!!!
