Day 49=7 weeks

Posted in Quit experiences
schedule 18 Jul 2021

Today is seven weeks smoke free cold turkey for me which totally blows my mind when I actually think about how did this happen πŸ™ I never gave up on trying to give up. I always wanted to return to that pure state of being that I was before this addiction took over. I don't think I truly believed that I could be a nonsmoker again until now, until this attempt. I love no longer being a slave to the addiction of smoking. A drug addict with nicotine being the drug. It took my money, my health, my time, my confidence, my self worth and peace of mind. I am still recovering from this horrendous addiction but thank God I have come through it and am on the other side of it just cleaning up the aftermath so to speak. I will never stick one of those disgusting things into my mouth again. I thank God that this addiction didn't take me to death to quit as it has for many smokersπŸ™β€οΈ I am just one grateful person 😊 have a magical smoke free day everyone and to those who are still smoking "stick with us ❀️"

A Lovely post and a wonderful update! When we change our minds about how we think of smoking, we can quit. Millions have, seeing is believing.

We have to have the desire to quit and the belief that we can. It is afar less of a struggle with the right mindset. We fight hard to achieve what we truly want and won't miss that which we don't..

Awesome post.
