Day 4 smoke free done. It's starting to feel like I'm a nonsmoker. Still aways to go but slowly getting their.

You are on your way, and it gets easier as you think less and less about it. Just don't give any debate to cravings. You have made up your mind and there is nothing left to debate. The cravings leave once you engage your mind successfully on something else. They are merely thoughts (it wants fed) but you are in control of nicotine and in control of your thoughts. You are winning!
