Brought 14 patches and a fair bit of gum. The cost of tobacco has gone up 40 bucks since I left. Seems sensible to keep it going after we're released in the wild.. 10 days to go!!

Welcome back to Australia, we are very lucky here with hardly any Covid cases; the roll out of vaccinations is a bit slow, but with hardly any cases, we can put up with that.
Keep going and repeating NOPE (not one puff ever) every day as many times as you can. (it works) Money is better spent on so many other things. Rewards can be big or small but they work too.
