Hang in there no matter what.

This may not be an actual tip, but it is a question of concern that I am having during my first couple of months of staying cigarette free.
I have been more tired and my blood pressure seems to be higher than I noticed when I was smoking. I believe this will all subside in time, but I'm hoping I can hear some similar stories and how things DO get better.

Some have complained of feeling tired, but I have not heard of higher blood pressure from quitting smoking. BP is usually one of the first improvements. You don't seem stressed about quitting smoking, so I would really think that is something else. Even adverse thoughts can affect bp. I would see your doctor if both recent developments disturb you.
