Tired

Am really tired all I want to do is sleep and have no appetite which is weird. Aren’t I supposed to be eating and eating. Has anyone else felt like this. Yes am sleeping lots 12 hours eating a little but am drinking water. Day 4.

If you can't eat alot then at least make sure what you do manage to eat is packed with nutrition. Work on gaining weight after you have won the battle with nicotine. One thing at a time.
.
Is it quality sleep? If you are waking every couple of hours to relieve yourself it can be very disruptive to your bodies well being. Perhaps some melatonin to help sleep or eating foods with tryptophan as in turkey which makes you feel tired. I hope sleep apnea is not a problem. Depression could also influence sleeping and eating patterns. Plan happy things to do or treat yourself. Raise your dopamine that you no longer get through a cigarette. Research.
Are you actually eating less or were just expecting to eat more as most people do to replace smoking with something they enjoy (doing). Perhaps food just doesn't interest you. Don't expect to be the same as other quitters.
Stick with it. You CAN quit smoking. It will be worth in in the end.

Thank you I guess I’m anxious and am a worrier which doesn’t help. Deep long sleep which is great but not the mornings tired. Your right I don’t really like food I know that sounds crazy but that’s me. I do not want to lose weight as underweight

I was sleeping 12 hours a night and waking up tired as well. I started setting an alarm (so I slept the normal 7-8 hours) and have started napping after lunch. It’s worked for me, maybe you should experiment and see what works for you!
