Nausea??
Hi Team,
Anyone experienced nausea on their quit journey? I'm about 2 weeks in to this latest cold turkey, had some usual symptoms from previous quits, aches, pains, muscular stuff, but this week i have a feeling of GERD or sickness in my chest stomach area. Is this normal? I had a trip to the doctors for blood work and an ultrascan recently and they seemed happy.
Stay strong everyone, this pain makes me more convinced smoking is never gonna returrn, awful withdrawal this time around, how long will it last!>!>>!>??

I’m not a doctor, so I can’t help you with your medical issues.
As for the withdraws , you need to tell yourself that they’ll go away .. and they will
Just keep yourself and your mind occupied with everything except for smoking
We can win this. 👍

Congratulations on 2 weeks smoke free David, you might be needing to check your diet now, as I had suggested the Gas can be alleviated, your body is just going through the normal changes so take notice of what you can eat if you need to do this.
You are under your doctor so this is good to keep them involved. Write out when you get this condition, is it at a certain time of day etc. This will give you a clue, eg: is it one hour after eating? once you have a pattern of information, you can take this back to your doctor if you want to. NOPE (not one puff ever)
