feeling sick

After two weeks of no smokes I have had minimal cravings, or symptoms of withdrawal, now I have a soar throat with some chest congestion. Is this normal after two weeks or could this be covid related? I'm worried.

You would know whether or not you took precautions against covid. Get it checked out and protect others.
Everyone's quit is different, an array of various withdrawal phenomena present themselves. The mind will do your bidding and have you believe what you want to. Look forward to the quit . Embrace it rather than fear it.

I would suggest getting a check for Covid mbmohr, to put your mind at ease and to safeguard those around you. Some people get chest problems, but we are all different. Whatever you do, NOPE (not one puff ever) keep this firmly in your mind, it will not help any situation if you smoke, it will only make it worse. Stay strong
