Cut back to quit. Still hatd

So I have 29 days to my official quit day. Im doing the cut back to quit strategie so on the patch and been having 6 smokes a day. I was smoking on average 30-35 rollies a day.
Just really struggling atm. Day 2 of cutting back. I have the dizziness and sweets. Just feel so drained as well.
Dose anyone have tips to help.

Cutting back was the hardest part for me. I only lasted 2 days and said enough. I went cold turkey.
Read our stories. Don't cut back and idolize the cigarette.......counting every second til you meet again........
Instead know how nicotine is a drug, you are an addict..........shocking isn't it!
Forgive yourself, you were drugged and fooled into smoking without a choice really......
We can unveil the truth and thus it's power over us.
Choose to be a non-smoker and engage in this journey with joy and anticipation rather than trepidition and anxiety.
Embrace the journey. Desire the freedom. You may be amazed at how easy it can be!

Hi Big Will, you are doing well, it took around 3 days for me to feel almost normal again. Plenty of rest, and relaxation or plenty of deep breathing and walking outside in the fresh air or both is in order try a few things and write out which ones you enjoy.
We need to enjoy our freedom, because that is what it is, Freedom. As happiness has said Nicotine is a drug and we are addicted so, don't give up NOPE (not one puff ever) Happy New Year in a Covid safe environment. Keep in touch
Just little over 3 years ago I was introduced to Herbal HealthPoint and their successful COPD Herbal treatment, i immediately started on the treatment for my 6 years long Emphysema condition. The herbal treatment is incredible, my severe shortness of breath and chest tightness disappeared within the first 2 months on the treatment.
