Help me over come my withdrawals

Hi Guys, I am from South Africa and decided to quit smoking a month ago. I am proud to say that I have not touched a cigarette for an entire month. My withdrawal symptoms have been really bad. The second week into quitting my sinuses started acting up and I have never suffered with it before. My body felt light and weak my brain felt like it was going to explode with the built-up pressure. My legs and arms were numb and lethargic. The symptoms have now eased up but I still have a heavy head especially the right side of it. My left arm sometimes goes lethargic. I have terrible headaches that last for a minute and goes away. I just want to know how much more of this I have to endure. I quit smoking because it was making me feel nauseous and ill but now I feel much worse. I do not wish to go back to smoking but I do wish for this feeling to go away. I am freaking out with how intense it has been. Please help me understand what is happening.

Yes put your mind at ease by consulting a doctor. Why would smoking make you feel nauseous? Sounds like it started before this wonderful decision.of quitting smoking. Yes, people get all sorts of psychological ailments that the doctor finds no physical reason for. Learning to accept the changes wholeheartedly eliminates them over time. The mind can play tricks...but your body may be telling you something!
Take care of yourself. Quitting smoking is always worth it. Try researching dopamine sources. That may be what the brain is missing. At any rate dopamine will put you in better spirits!

Welcome Reshy, about your sinuses, I had lost my smell due to smoking, so this could be part of the problem, I had no headaches and my body was not numb. Do not go back to smoking because of this, it will not help you it will only hurt you psychologically and physically. A trip to your doctor is in order to get those other things ruled out. NOPE (not one puff ever)
