Heart palpitations

Hello, I’m almost 2 moths in smoke free. But seem to be having more than usual heart palpitations.. anybody have palpitations after quitting sometimes they can be irritating

Better to be safe than sorry. While there are all kind of health issuing manifesting themselves after a quit....most psychological....not all should be ignored. Ease your anxiety about quitting smoking by taking pride in your accomplishment and enjoying the benefits! If you are not 100% sure of your decision, I assure you that one day you will be.
