Yes, you can quit smoking and we are proof. I hope you will read our stories and get the confidence that you can too. Some have more difficulties than others, so don't let that intimidate you. It is not only about ditching nicotine addiction, but the adjustment to life without the cigarette in hand.
When you realize how smoking serves no purpose and how we enjoy so much more now as non-smokers, you may even find quitting easy as I did!

And you thought you couldn't do it! You are doing it. Think positive. It does get better after the 3rd day. Turn you mind against smoking and your thoughts away from the cravings. Cut caffeine by half so you don't get the jitters. Look forward to all the great things coming your way!
