Hi Bros & sisters,

I am 3 days away to achieve 3 months smoked free life. After 87 days, i can see many good changes in my body, no craving, no constipation, no aggression, light mood swing sometime but manageable. Stay strong, better days are coming:)

Hiya in just wondering when u was constipated was you having abdominal issues like discomfort as I seem to in my lower left near my hip

Hi Harvey meadows, I had same symptoms, You need to change your eating habits to get rid of constipation. avoid, rice, fast food, burgers, white sugar,

you need to walk 2-3km everyday, take a glass pure buffalo or cow warm milk with caster oil before sleeping. take foods full of fiber. my digestion improved after 4-5 months from quitting.
