Hello everyone,I’ve had a beer tonight,I’ve stood outside the pub with numerous smoker friends,chatted,had a laugh,watched them smoking,and not once thought “god I’d love one of them”,I think I’ve broke the camels back,I truly am a none smoker 😀
I hope that we could safely say that you are over the hump...lol...When others smoke and you do not have the desire to, you are committed to yourself . You decided to quit smoking, not life, or quit your friends. That thinking is what makes others unhappy. Congratulations...well done.

Thankyou for the reply guys,I will never smoke again,it was weird last night,there was 4 of us and I was the only none smoker out of us all,so I went outside sometimes with them all when they smoked so I wasn’t sitting there like Billy no mates,I was looking at them smoking thinking”why did I ever do that”however there’s one of my friends who was there will stop soon I think,he was asking me lots of questions,how I can hack it,how do I do it etc etc,I gave him some advice and told him about this site,so I don’t think I’ll be the only none smoker amongst us for long,hopefully I’ll be able to inspire them all to stop😀have a great day 😀👍
That would be wonderful to inspire someone else to quit. I did with my significant other, who was usually the one to broach the subject... and once we succeeded, my daughter followed suit. I can only hope to inspire others and encourage them to stick it out . While I did find it easy, I know that that may not be easy, but I do know it IS possible and hope others will adopt the mindset to be so.
I admire so much those who do stick it out in spite of the discomforts. I don't know that I could have.
