Going well

It’s been five days without smoking and I gotta say my nose been working wonders, I can even tell how bad my breath is. The mental fog, feeling groggy and tired and just sleeping a lot. All in all it has been the best five days of my life, didn’t even have the urge to but a pack during the time. You got this people!!

Well done Jaden, we all need inspiration, and we all need to stick together, so keep on letting us know how you are going and what you are doing.

It is so nice tg hear of someone actually enjoying the journey. And yes it can even be easy when you want it 100%. Realizing that you are not losing or missing out on anything is such a giant step. Allan Carr's book explains alot of what I try to relay to make it easier for some. Pisces, a sweet member who believed and replaced the doubts she came with proved my theory that even stepping off the patch did not have to come with withdrawals.
It is indeed a mind game for the most part and the more you embrace the change rather than fight it, the better it goes. People want to quit but harbour doubts or fear they will fail. This negative feeling holds them back from truly embracing the changes of betterment to come. That is human nature. We feel comfortable in familiar surroundings and resist change.
Allan Carr's e-book is free to read if you click on "happiness" here and find the story I wrote and the link within . So worth the time to read and relate .
