Today marks 6 months quit! I may not post a lot, but I come to this site weekly (sometimes daily) to keep me focused. I’m so thankful this site exists, and I have others I can relate to!! My anxiety is WAY better, and the freshness in the air almost brings tears to my eyes. NOPE.

Hello Tay, so glad to hear you are 6 months free from smoking (Nicotine). It seems like you now have a strategy to throw those thoughts away if they are not needed, Congratulations.

For those reading these comments, we all experience slight anxiety during the early days. If you can overcome this part of the quit, by throwing any negative thoughts away, and not overreacting, we learn so much about ourselves, and this makes us overall better people to ourselves and consequently better people to others. Smoking masks all sorts of emotions

Keep on going Tay and in any tricky situation, NOPE (not one puff ever) is the key.
