I have picked myself up from my slip last week I did yes smoke and regretted it very soon after.

Smells,taste,dizzy head wasn't a nice feeling atal.

I picked myself up and made myself strong and I am carrying on smoke free. I had a smoke on Sunday 1 smoke. And have not had one since then and I will not be smoking again.

I've made my decision final thats it.

No more smoking I am a non smoker I do not smoke.

And I do not want to smoke.

102 days and counting.

It's a battle at the 3 month mark as I was just over 3 months and have a slip up but.only a slip up.

Good luck to everyone on the journey

And thanks for all the support for you lovely people.

I'm glad I did not completely fail and buy smokes.

schedule 23 Sep 2020

Nailing it thank you wasn't sure why 3 months but I am over that slip up.now and moving on from.it.

Take everyday as it comes you will get there 👍👍

I do no that they do not do anything for us.

I got tempted by temptation been waved in my face and I did give it but now because of it there's something inside me doesn't let me have the thought of smoking

Straight away nope.comes into my head

schedule 23 Sep 2020

getting past the 3 week mark is so important, we all agree on that. I dont know why so many stumble around that 3 month mark? I didnt stumble with the fags this time, thank Christ. But it was around the 3 month mark when I had a car crash and broke my right hand. I was found negligent for causing the accident and I still didnt fold! I could have resumed smoking again, but I decided 3 month's prior to never smoke one puff ever.

I'm well into 9 month's now and I have so much gratitude to this community, that I cannot express in words.

Thanks team.

Puffnomore wow well done for.not craving after having a bad accident.

I've never broke a bone but I'm sure that would have hurt.

It's funny you say that I had a health scare. In May this year I had a operation to remove the thyroid which I found out to be a cancer in the thyroid and a tumor in my head which was nothing to worry about it was benign

Through all that not once did I light up a ciggerate

I had 2 operations and.treatmemt in the space of 3 months or so and didn't once light up a smoke.

Now a.month later I caved and had a smoke. It's like why after all that time and effort to get to good health to go and lit up a dirty smoke.

Stupid I no. But I'm not.letting it get.to me now I no I don't wrong and I move on from it and keep counting and fight that battle we are all trying to get past.

I never ever thought I would atop smoking but yea I have and proud of how far I have come.

9 months is great. Do you miss anything now or has that gone from you aswell? Missing the smoke?

schedule 23 Sep 2020

Nah, There's nothing I miss about smoking now. I've gone through periods of missing something, but not this time.

I said "GOOD RIDDENCE "

I meant it. Predominately due to Allen Carrs book! Although, without this community, I may not have been able to grasp his concept?

It truly is better to be on-the-other-side.

I got off the merry-go-round!

Now I'm on the hurdy-gurdy

I PuffNoMore.

Well that's good

Yea.i do and I am reading allen carrs book again.

12 months will go by before I no where I am.

schedule 23 Sep 2020

lol. hehe. the hurdy gurdy is good and full of gratitude, the complete opposite to the evil drug when hopping off and on the torturous merry-go-round of addiction.

schedule 23 Sep 2020

O alright I was thinking something completely different lol

Well done for getting his far

I'm sure it does pay off to be a non smoker.

schedule 24 Sep 2020

Oh yes,

It pays me $185.50 every week to not smoke.

And that equates to about a 20 a day smoker!

One year ago, I was addicted to alot more than 20.

It sure does Pay Off!

schedule 24 Sep 2020

You will now get a whole lot better and will succeed. NOPE (not one puff ever)

schedule 24 Sep 2020

I hope you are past the hump and looking forward to being happy non-smoker. Happy with your decision is key. Embrace the quit and find freedom. You will love it. I do.
