Finding it very hard tonight. Fighting it but cranky.

It's good you are fighting through

Don't give it it's not worth it

Go for a walk outside

Or around the house do anything but smoke

Think positive and happy thoughts. Do something to take your mind off it. It is merely a thought that you can and must dismiss. Believe you can do this. WANT this. Embrace the quit and yearn for all the good quitting will bring. Your crankiness is caused by the addiction so put the blame on the cigarette. Desire freedom and break free of its control over you.

Stick with it,the crankiness will pass and you will feel fantastic because you beat the dirty addiction to nicotine

Yay well done to you. I have been having smoking thoughts pop into my head on and off for a couple of hours I was so impressed how you just popped on here and shared in the moment on how you were doing I think its a great way to use this site. I'm following your lead on that and decided I am not cooking dinner its takeaway and I'm staying glued on this site. I will do whatever I have to in order to remain a non smoker. These thoughts will pass and when they do i will still be a non smoker.
