I quitter cigarette 50 days back. I was started doing my workout during the workout I felt very tired and breath less and not enough stamina. I thought that I should stop smoking on that day.. I went to the bathroom and had a last cigarette smoked slowly and threw it off and then dispose all packs and buds removed and put in a dustbin so that I should not remember the cigarette anymore. After quoting the whole week is terrible not feeling sleepy and digestion problem and so many discomfort in my body.. Without smacking made me tensed and thought of smoking again but inside of my mind told not to start again I knew if it started again I won't stop.. So I changed my mind and made myself busy in watching movies google all sort of things.. For the first 20 days it is very terrible then slowly I forgot that I used to smoke I saved lot of money by not smoking i felt happy. I concentrate on my body and fitness no smoking doesn't come to my mind.. I think if we have will power and care of our body we will quit. If I can quit so u can also quit.. All the best friends..

You are doing well my friend. Yes, we only think we cannot quit smoking, ut we find that we can quit with a desire and determination. Some use that willpower, ut the desire also has to e there as well as the possitive thinking. This helps us to achieve our goal much easier. We can make quitting smoking a reality!
