Today is 4 months of being free! This journey has been a struggle for me, but everyday continues to get easier! I am finally able to sip coffee without having an anxiety attack or have strong cravings for nicotine. A friend asked me “why did you decide to quit during a pandemic.. this has to be the worst time”. I told her there will ALWAYS be an excuse on why it’s “the wrong time to quit”. You have to want to quit and have to want to quit forever. My husband quit at the same time and we both are so proud of ourselves!

Welcome Tay12 I am so proud of you too. You are right, there will always be an excuse not to quit, and there will always be an excuse to cave in to the demands of outside influences. NOPE (not one puff ever) Congratulations on 4 months quit. Well done!

Now is always a good time to quit, but we usually allow something else to take priority. Nothing is more important than our health. We can quit smoking if we stop finding excuses not to. Excuses.... because we know there is no good reason to keep on smoking. Take Control of your life and love yourself.
