3 months update!

today is my 3 month mark of stop smoking . wow its all i could say . quiting is very hard . for the people who quit or about to quit do it . its better for your health. i still have the problem of taking really deep breath but i no its going to take a way for my breathing to get better. everything seems real now and nothing seems like a cloud anymore . my anxiety is uh geting better day by day. some days i get panic attacks still but i control them. working out is the key to take all that crap out of your lungs and makes you feel better again . cheers on 3 months !

And cheers to you Jonathan0311 you are doing so well, it is a reality you can now accept and call your own. Remember to speak in your mind or out loud NOPE (not one puff ever) this will keep you committed to not smoking ever again.
A deep breath comes from your diaphragm first so keep on practising, this will get better as you practice. I did this for singing and we let out a long slow breath each time, it is an amazing exercise and allows you to control the out breath which is a valuable tool.
