123 Days Today:

123 days nicotine free! Most of my withdrawal issues have subsided now. No more panic attacks, heart palpitations, chest pains. Those were awful. A little anxiety comes and goes at times but I can deal with it. When it does I get the feeling I can’t catch a deep breath; but I realize it’s all in my head and it passes.
My only issue now is neck pain that comes and goes. I believe it’s due to stress or being tense so I Just massage it out with a little J stick my wife bought me. Life saver! Every one out there going through a hard time, you aren’t alone. Just stick it out and remember; no matter how you feel, you are healthier now than you were when you smoked.

Congratulations on your 123 nicotine free days and thanks for sharing your story with us. Smoking is like 123.... One step at a time.
