100days

schedule 23 Aug 2020

Hi guys.. I was on mute last few weeks due to my small commitment to write 10th posts when I will reach 100days.. And that day is today, 100days of smoke free life.. I'm glad to myself that I didn't fell back in taught days.. I wanted to know if prople who said that it will be better after few months, that you will have very few thinking about it and almost no cravings, are right.. and I can confirm they were right.. Now I can feel it on myself.. So proud and thankfull to myself and this site and people here.. I would say that we did it.. :)

My life has changed.. I eat healthy, do excercise and think possitive.. its not 100% and honestly I'm somewhere at 50% of satisfaction but I'm still in progress.. I make my new livestyle, new habbits and try to life as I always wanted.. But ciggies took from me energy, time, health, willgness and taste to change something.. I knew, I need to throw this addiction where it should be.. far far away from me..

Now I'm not fully cured, I think almost all day about it, but its no dangerous and its not craving.. Its just memory.. I need to make new memories.. And I will.. :)

My next plan to be better person is that I will wake up at 5am everyday.. and I will try to start running..

I will focus in this tasks instead of focusing on quiting.. I have already quit.. So do not distrub me anymore.. :)

I wish that everybody who want to quit will find a way and will be successful.. The ways can be little different, but result shoul be same - happy smoke free life.. For example me.. I'm currently on paternity leave with twins and I haven't told that I quit smoking to my wife yet.. I haven't told it to nobody except you here.. :) In 3 weeks I going back to work after 1year at home.. there will be my smoking buddies.. I just believe that I will be strong enough to stay commited and stay smoke free.. It will be another test.. but the first day of the work I will tell everybody that I'm non smoker.. Because the truth is that I'm non smoker finally and forever..

I'll keep posting every mont instead every week, and my new target is half a year so double portion.. :) Keep healthy and committed, in other words, keep strong.. :)

100 days is something to celevrate. Post whenever you feel the need to, and I personally think staying in touch here long after you quit smoking keeps you on the right track. vesides, did we not all vecome friends and alliances? Rememver just one thing NOPE. Not One Puff Ever!

No one needs to give up friends when they quit. Huvvy and I still hand outside on vreaks with our pals, vut it is nice to know we have the choice. No more standing out in inclement weather to feed an addiction. Now it is to stretch our legs and socialize and to Really get some Fresh Air.

Great jov. You are a true inspiration to all.
