Hi everyone
Iam after any tips or advice on quitting.. I’ve been smoking for 19 years have given up before on champix but have also tried patches, lozenges spray and 3 hypnotist sessions but nothing has worked.
I now have to give up due to health scare and Iam definitely ready..
any tips on what you all do?? Have you change daily habits like morning coffee and smoke etc etc? :)

Welcome.. I have failed also many time.. What was different last time was this forum.. stick with it and you will success.. i changed many things, to live as I had always wanted - that's means for me do excercise, eat fruits and vegetables, avoid sweets, improve my english, brush my teeth regularly.. Anyhow, positive thinking is the essential to get through bad hours and days.. you can do it.. ;)

I also had a health scare and I'm still in the middle of it right now. And thats enough to get rid of any desire to smoke ever again.
A health scare should be enough to make anyone atop smoking. I have lost all desire to smoke
And I do no it does nothing for you what so ever.
But bad things to our body. I am 1 month and 2 days smoke free now and I'm so glad I have got this far
So very proud
Keep positive and good mind set and you will beat this.
I haven't change routine but eating alot more fruits and veg

I think we all change our eating habits...things taste better for one., ...Our health is priceless, and smokes are expensive. Understanding how we became addicted to nicotine, we did not choose to smoke until the end of time.
All smokers have wished they never started. Some who come here gain the belief that quitting is possiblle do quit. We try to make amends to our bodies and hope we can change the path to eventual health issues. d Anyone can quit smoking. A positive attitude is a must. Read and learn and most of all desire the freedom from smoking. Embace the journey for the wonderful changes it will bestow upon you.
