One day away from 1 week smoke free guys! I can’t thank those who replied to my last post enough, on my bad days I’ve gone back and flicked through the messages. And believe me considering it’s only been 6 days it feels like I’ve had 20 bad days 😫 But saying that just makes me realise how far I’ve come already, how many times I’ve told myself no and managed not to give into temptation (my partner still smokes..for now lol). The moods have been extreme at times and I don’t feel as supported at home as I hoped but I’m not going to let that get the better of me! Thanks again!!

You've made the call and you are doing great Paige. You can do this even without the additional help from home. We have the power to chose what we want for ourselves. In time, they will see that it is possible to escape the cycle and will lend more support and perhaps even quit smoking themselves. Meanwhile, lean on us. Learn through stories and know that you too can realize the dream of being a happy non-smoker. Embrace the freedom.

Good going Paige you will begin to feel a lot better for it soon, plenty of rest in between learning about what really makes you want to quit long term. Keep on going and stay happy with your decision every day (NOPE) not one puff ever.
