Great job Gemma! Days pass quickly and a month and then a year smoke free before you know it. I am over 600 days now but I knew I would be free of nicotine for the rest of my life once knowing and believing that I could succeed. Losing the fear of what is to come,or should I fail are intiaal hinderances I think. Your scare healthwise may have been a blessing in disquise. However we choose to view things, every smoker wishes he had never started, never set out to deliberately throw a fortune away let alone choose to die from exasberated complication due to smoking. People lucky enough to find this site can find it within themselves to grasp the opportunity, the knowledge and hence the power to kick nicotine to the curb.

It is a great opportunity to help others succeed to pass forward as you are also doing. Quitting smoking is great in so many ways......
