Finally free

3months 2 weeks and 4days,
I'm finally free😊 no more discomfort anymore. I totally felt normal. I can breath freely.thank you guys for the help and support. Thank you so much for the encouragement.

I am 2 n half months still i hv shortness of breathing on and off..how long it took u to breathe normal??

Terrific news Sadm3. We can quit smoking and continue on as "normal" without a ciggie in hand.
Money in our pockets, yet a lighter bounce in our step as we move forward knowing we have done the best thing we could ever do for ourselves. We can breathe easier and know we will be better off for it.
I stopped having shortness of breath, my copd issues within a week or so. Our bodies need time to heal. It didn't prevent me from having a stroke, after 43 years of smoking, but I am sure that quitting for that one year prior, factored into my quick recovery. My borderline copd was undetected by my new doctor. Not that there is a cure, but copd can be managed Raqeb88.
Again, Congratulations Sadm3.

Raqeb88.hi, I experience shortness of breath on and off until my 103days specially at night. Just hold on sir. Take it one day at a time. You can finally breath easier.

Happiness, You help me a lot for my journey. Thank you so much.. this is the best gift for my self..being healthy, living my life to the fullest.. thank you so much🙏

So happy for youSadm3 you can breath with relief as well as breath without shortness of breath. Keep on looking at the big picture and enjoy your freedom by practicing NOPE (not one puff ever) every day.

Hi Raqeb88.. sounds like anxiety.. relax and exercise might help you. Your body is healing. But if it's too much you can always call a doctor.

Healing takes time Raqeb88. let's just do our best not to smoke again. Not one puff ever👊
