Well done Rageb88, A deep breath is so easy, fill your diaphragm first (near your stomach is a good starting place) then your chest area before a long drawn out breath to ease any anxiety. No need to hold your breath for long just a few seconds will do. We sometimes forget how to deep breath. I don't know why that is!

As smokers, we tend to take shallower breaths. We need those deeper breaths to properly oxygenate our cells and bodies. Great job on your successful quit Rageb88. Be proud and enjoy your new claim on life as a happy non-smoker!
