Day 164 smoke free - and problems after quit smoke

Hi Everyone,
Today day 164 smoke free,
I still have some issues like stomach excessive gas, nose blocked all the time, gums blood, feeling scared, fear after load noises, always thinking of past.
Does anyone experience this kind of things and for how long, please let me know when i will be free from all these thing.
Thanks,
Babba

Hi..even i hv nose block issue which affects my normal breathing..hope it will go away soon..rest of symptoms i dont hv now

I have to wonder if all of these things are a result of quitting smoking or if you are just noticing them now. We tend to value our health more after finally conquering the hardest and most imparing cause of potential health issues. .....smoking. Maybe smoking only masked them. Most people experience wonderful experiences of better smell, taste, energy and wish they had quit smoking sooner. Concentrate on the positives of quitting rather than the negatives and address each problem with some sort of solution. You will most certainly help to tip the scales to a happier you.

Feeling scared - this might be due to mass media exagerrating things;
fear after loud noises - almost everybody experiences this but it seems like an underlying issue of yours, probably pyschological, just like always thinking of the past. think about it - is it really worth dwelling over something you can't change? i don't think you need a doctor for these, just self control, planning ahead and no antidepressants. your symptoms seem like a mild case of depression which can be resolved with clean living (having a job, friends or hobbies, sleep well...).

Thanks everyone for Advise!
Happiness & Red, i think i have go for check up. these issues i have noticed while i was smoking too. but that time these was less. hopefully these will go away soon.
As mentioned Quell, its a good advise. i will try to change my diet.
and of the stress its coming from the crazy people around in the office and work stress and life style.
Hopefully i will sort it out, thanks for your advise again.
Thanks,
Babba
