10 weeks passed

schedule 25 Jul 2020

Hi guys.. I have reached another milestone, double digit no. of weeks.. :) I'm proud on myself.. 70 days yesterday.. OmG.. I did it..

And of course looking to future, in front me there are 3 months and afterthat 100 days.. I really looking forward to that..

How was week 10? Good.. every week is better and beter.. I don't have cravings, but thoughts about former life.. I have seen How I grew to happy non smoker and really this video moved with me.. I got "wau" effect.. Really recomend to everyone.. Thank you softly40 for that.. Now I understand why I was avoiding words like smoke and ciggarets for first weeks of quitting..

Lately I have read about lungs, how they recovery after quiting and how they are damaged by smoking.. Guys, I didn't regret that I had smoked until I read that.. How I could do it to myself? However, it's past.. Look to the future and our commitment to be free and stronger as our weaknesses..

Because of health issues at the minute I will.not put another cigarette in my.body ever again.

Determine to do this.

6 weeks tomorrow for me and still strong 😁

schedule 26 Jul 2020

Congratulations on a job well done. It does get easier with time and easier still with understanding. Making quitting smoking your top goal and knowing it is quit achievable keeps us going . The total freedom and other great benefits are well worth the short term effort.
