Just wanting to thank all these people that have come out with their support. I just feel so much better and the words of support that have been written seem like the strongest weapon that I possess in my effort to give up.

Having the tools to fight the demon and knowing you are not facing him alone, can mean a lot. We won, you can too. Know that smoking gave you nothing and that you are not giving up anything makes things so much simpler. Believe it. Believe in you.
