Not getting anything postivie from quitting

I've been quit for 93 days and my health, physical and mental has fallen so low. My psoriasis has flared, my joints are in agony - I guess smoking was keeping my immune system down and now it's out of control. I'm constantly gasping for air because I'm having around 50 panic attacks a day, I've not slept in weeks, I shake so bad it's like I have parkinson's, chest pains, constantly dizzy, pins and needles and numb around the mouth, blue lips, black under the eyes, I feel and look like death. Can't sleep, can't eat, can't function or concentrate to prepare food.I want to die because I can't face failing at this but i can't face living like this anymore. I have complex ptsd and the only way I'm coping with cravings is to cut myself or scratch my skin off. Will it ever get any better - I had no idea when I started that everything would get worse and worse and never get better

Hi whitecrane. It is good that you have posted and vented on this site.
it is sad to hear you are in turmoil. Here we can sympathise but you need more support for what ails you. I hope you are able to take advantage of health services and your GP can steer you in the right direction. Wish you well.

'sup. I'm not sure if my answer is going to do you any good, but I'm new here also so I felt we have at least two things in common. From what I've read in your post, I can see you're having other problems beside quitting smoking. I can also see you're felling helpless - that might be because you've lost your original feeling of being proud of yourself for quitting. Now you just see your pain and you don't know when it's going away or if it's ever going to do that. My advice would be to try to occupy yourself with anything that consumes your body in a positive way (a job, a hobby, sports or walking, etc). What helped me a lot is the thought of my body healing itself when is in pain. I hope this helps.

Hi Whitecrane. I also think that you need to find something to occupy your mind of otherwise engage you. While some people expect some discomfort and can manifest it , yours seem extreme and I have to wonder if there aren't other causes. No one should have to experience or endure what you are telling us. Please seek medical advise.
A true desire to quit smoking should make the process much easier. Knowledge is power! Read and learn how you can change how you view smoking. Best to you and feel better soon.

Was diagnosed of Coronary Heart Disease in 2018. I was extremely short of breath. My doctor started me on lasix and digoxin, the medications helped but not very much. My primary care doctor referred me to Herbal HealthPoint, i immediately started on their CH-D FORMULA. I had a total decline in major symptoms including angina, sob, fatigue and others. Go to ww w. herbalhealthpoint. c o.m
