I'm in the 16. All going super except the second week I stay nausious en very sleepy. I also don't feel like smoking but when I do lit a cigarette out of habit, I immediately regret it and can't even smoke half the no taste cigarette. If you don't feel like smoking, then DONT. Mind shuffle. It's only out of habit. I'm sticking to program though it makes me very nausious and sleepy now. I think by myself...it's only temporary this bad feeling. In the end I will be successful.

Yes it is a very bad habit and addiction. Why even smoke half the cigarette?Once the nicotine is out of the system in about 72 hours, you should have reduced cravings. The urges thay you do get still feel the same, but they are just thoughts of wanting a cigarette. Your mind will play games with you if you allow it. Instea

Yes it is a very bad habit and addiction. Why even smoke half the cigarette?Once the nicotine is out of the system in about 72 hours, you should have reduced cravings. The urges thay you do get still feel the same, but they are just thoughts of wanting a cigarette. Your mind will play games with you if you allow it. Instead retrain your mind to accept being a non-smoker and all the benefits. Freedom from smoking is terrific!
