After i month i fell back into the habit of smoking after a real stressed out day so I'm about to start this journey again hopefully with more help it'll be better

Hi there.. firstly don't blame yourself for slip up, way to success is made by stairs of failures.. you just need to learn how to deal with similiar situation in the future in order to stay strong.. you have 2 options - avoid such situation to happen or change your reaction to it.. you did one month, that great, you know what it is about, but much better is the first day of pernament quit.. and you are going to do that.. fingers crossed..

As the previous post suggested, there is no need to berate yourself for too long. Stay close to this forum it does help you and gives you motivation too. Please give us a lead as to how you are going to approach and then tackle this journey eg are you on any NRT's. You will gain strength as you go along by reading and viewing different literature and videos, but the most you will gain is if you practice NOPE (not one puff ever) every day without fail. Congratulations for getting back on your horse.
