Feeling sick

Hi guys,i was a chronic cigarette for about 15yrs, I quit smoking for over 8 weeks now, I had a very sick feeling for about a couple of weeks which I told it was normal to experience after quitting, called smokers flu/quitters flu, I felt better afterwards, but presently I'm having those same symptoms ,but a bit worse,i feel inflammation in my lungs, I don't know if it's inappropriate to feel this way, or if the smokers flu comes and goes away..cos I can't stop imagining if it's Covid, please anyone with any useful info to how I can alleviate this feeling should reach out, thanks a lot

I am almost 3 months but still experiencing up and down. Relax and think positive. You will be fine. Will I also think this all the time.. but I don't go out and my family. I keep reminding my self.. "corona comes with a fever so this is not corona" but if u keep doubting you can always ask your doctor for your peace of mind.

Quitting is a process. Our body is healing And this won't happen overnight.it will take time.. we don't smoke.. not one puff ever. You can do this.
