Hello and welcome Red12. Your feelings are pretty typical. It will pass in time. Your body is missing that jolt of nicotine which brought pleasure. Nicotine is the addiction, but you also need to accept the change psychologically. Quitting needn't be difficult if you truly embrace the concept of being a non-smoker. Too many people don't know how they will cope with the discomfort and the voids smoking leaves in our day. Replace the habit with a good habit. Deep breaths , a call, a game or exercise. Above all embrace the idea and stay positive. You won't regret it. Read and learn. I can Quit really does work. We quit. we know that you can too.

What Nuts said. It will pass gradually, now it's just your mind playing tricks on you. Believe it or not - the worst is over by now and if you made it this far there's no point of getting back to the start.
